The Director of Public Works is hereby provided with the use of a specialized
vehicle (a Township-owned dump truck) on a twenty-four-hour basis to carry
out the duties of his position, and the use of such vehicle by the Director
of Public Works is restricted to the official business of the Township of
Pine, and personal use of such vehicle by the Director of Public Works, other
than commuting to and from work, is prohibited.
