Any road or driveway constructed in violation of this article after the effective date hereof shall be closed until the provisions of this article have been complied with.
Nothing in this article shall be construed to create a liability on the part of the Township to any person erecting a driveway in compliance with this article. The Township may remove, change or destroy any private driveway or parts thereof lying in a public road in the same manner and with no greater liability than before this article was enacted.
