On and after the passage of this article, it shall be unlawful
for any person or persons to paste, paint or tack any sign or other
advertising matter on or upon any fence, bridge or other structure
within the Township limits built or maintained by the Township of
Shaler.

Any person, firm, corporation or group of individuals found
in violation of this article shall, upon conviction thereof before
any issuing authority, be subject to a fine of up to $600 and may
be sentenced to a period of incarceration not exceeding 90 days in
the Allegheny County Jail. Each incident in violation of this article
shall be considered a separate offense and may be punishable as such.
