[Adopted 12-10-2002 by Ord. No. 1800]
The Official Township Zoning Map, dated November 2002, and prepared
by KLH Engineers, Inc., a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof as Exhibit A, is hereby formally adopted as the Official
Township Zoning Map of Shaler Township.[1]

The legend and the graphic scale on the Official Township Zoning
Map, showing the various zoning districts, including GC General Commercial,
P Professional District, I Industrial District, R-1 Residential District,
R-2 Residential District, R-3 Residential District, R-4 Group Dwellings
District, R-5 Apartments District, NS Neighborhood Shopping District,
C Cemetery District, as well as showing Township-owned property in
Shaler Township, are hereby accepted, approved and adopted.
Unless otherwise set forth on the Official Township Zoning Map,
district boundary lines are property lines, the center lines of streets,
roads and rights-of-way, and the boundaries of the areas shown on
Exhibit A.
