Township of Shaler, PA Article II Official Township Ward Map

[Adopted 12-10-2002 by Ord. No. 1801]

§ 153-4 Adoption of Official Township Ward Map.

The Official Township Ward Map, dated November 2002, and prepared by KLH Engineers, Inc., a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A, is hereby formally adopted as the Official Township Ward Map of Shaler Township.[1]

§ 153-5 Voting, ward and election legends.

The map legend and the graphic scale on the Official Township Ward Map, showing the voting districts of the various wards, voting polls, ward boundary line and election district lines in Shaler Township, are hereby accepted, approved and adopted.

§ 153-6 Physical descriptions of wards adopted.

The physical descriptions of the various Shaler Township wards as described on Exhibit B, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby accepted, approved and adopted.[1]
