Editor's Note: This entry was originally added to the
Vehicles and Traffic chapter 3-11-1997 by Ord. No. 1746. The ordinance
also established that any person who violates any provision of this
section shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $35.
Any person exceeding the maximum speed limit by more than five miles
shall pay an additional fine of $2 for each mile in excess of five
