The height, area and yard requirements for a Professional District shall be the same as those applicable to the most restrictive zoning district abutting the Professional District.
All other uses not authorized in any zoning district as a permitted use, a conditional use, or a use by special exception shall be permitted as a conditional use in the I Industrial District, subject to the remaining provisions of this chapter, and provided the proposed use meets all lot, building and structure requirements of the I Industrial District and the use is in compliance with all applicable Township ordinances and any other applicable laws, rules or regulations.
