A. 
It shall be unlawful for the keeping of more than 10 unregistered motor vehicles stored outside on any single premise. Farm and industrial vehicles are excluded, except by a person otherwise governed under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws. Two of the 10 unregistered motor vehicles may be visible from a public way, eight of these vehicles may not be visible from a public way or within 10 feet from a property line.
A. 
Any person storing any motor vehicles(s) in violation of this bylaw or being in control of premises on which one or more vehicle(s) is/are stored in violation of this section, who fails to remove any such motor vehicles within 30 days after having received a certified written notice from the Building Commissioner to do so, shall be penalized by a fine not to exceed $25 per day starting on the 31st day and for every day thereafter.
B. 
Any person wishing to register a complaint must do so in writing to the Office of the Building Commissioner.
