The volunteer fire Department consisting of
the Basking Ridge Fire Company #1 and the Liberty Corner Fire Company,
Inc., volunteer fire companies, are hereby made the fire Department
for the Township of Bernards.

The fire Department shall furnish annual reports,
in writing, to the Township Committee.

The fire Department shall be governed by the
rules and regulations adopted by resolution of the Township Committee.
The rules and regulations entitled "Revised Rules and Regulations
(1957) of the Township of Bernards in the County of Somerset for the
Municipal Control of Fire Companies," adopted by resolution of the
Township Committee of February 5, 1957, are hereby made the rules
and regulations of the fire Department, as amended.
