The Selectmen may order numbers to be affixed
or to be painted on the buildings on any street, as they may deem
proper. The owner of every such building shall comply with said order
within 10 days thereafter.
The Selectmen shall, within 60 days from the
date of any request, designate to the owners the numbers to be affixed
to the buildings owned by the person or persons making such request.
