Town of Webster, MA Article IV Violations and Fines

[Adopted 10-18-1993 FATM, Art. 40 (Sec. 110.19 of the General Bylaws)]

§ 599-4 Violations and penalties.

Violation of the following Town bylaws are subject to a fifty-dollar ($50) fine:

A. One way street violation.

B. Fail to drive within marked lanes.

C. Obstructing traffic.

D. Following too closely.

E. Failure to give proper turning signal.

F. Fail to use caution starting/stopping/turning/backing.

G. Fail to obey isolated stop sign.

H. Operating on sidewalk.

I. Dropping or leaking loads.

J. Prohibited U-turns.
