GENERAL REFERENCES
Parks and recreation — See Ch. 153.
The Animal Control Ordinance adopted and enforced by Carroll County,
Maryland, shall be the official Animal Control Ordinance of the City of Taneytown,
and such ordinance is hereby adopted by reference. The code official of the
county shall be the inspector or enforcement official for the city for this
purpose. This section is not intended to limit the power of the city in any
other manner to require or regulate animal control by any other applicable
sections of this Code.
