Every property within the City shall be kept
clean and free from any abandoned vehicles, abandoned moveable property
or similar matter, so as not to be a danger to the public health,
safety, welfare, comfort, or the health of any occupant thereof. If
personal property, including but not limited to furniture, implements,
tools, goods, effects, or other chattel, remains in an area of violation
on the real property, that personal property shall be deemed to be
abandoned moveable property and shall be subject to removal.
