[A Cable Television Franchise was granted 5-6-1974 by Ordinance No. 74-7. Amendments to this ordinance were adopted 5-6-1974 by Ord. No. 74-7(a);
5-6-1974 by Ord. No. 74-7(b); 6-21-1976 by Ord. No. 76-11; 8-23-1976 by Ord.
No. 76-18. Because this legislation is only effective during the term of the
franchise, it was decided that it was unnecessary to include the legislation
in the Code. Copies of the current Cable Television Franchise Ordinance and
all amendments are on file in the office of the Township Clerk.]
