The Borough of Leonia desires to participate in the area of operations
of the Housing Authority of Bergen County through its territorial boundary
and the jurisdiction of its Mayor and Council for the purpose of alleviating
the shortage of safe and sanitary housing for low-income senior citizens.
The Borough of Leonia does hereby consent to its inclusion in the area
of operation of the Housing Authority of Bergen County.
The Borough Clerk be and she is hereby authorized and directed to file
a certified copy of this chapter with the Commissioner of the State Department
of Conservation and Economic Development and with the Secretary of the Housing
Authority of Bergen County.
