There is hereby created the position of Chief
Financial Officer pursuant to P.L. 1988, c. 110.[1]

by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Borough Council.
The Chief Financial Officer shall carry out
responsibilities as set forth under N.J.S.A. 52:27BB-26 et seq.
