[HISTORY: Adopted by the Mayor and Town Council

The Mayor and Town Council of Oakland shall
henceforth be empowered to amend or adjust any fees, charges, assessments
and/or levies, whether adopted by ordinance, by its resolution, or
otherwise upon majority vote of a quorum of the Mayor and Town Council,
unless prohibited by law.
Any resolution adjusting any such fees, charges,
assessments and/or levies shall be attached, by a copy, to the ordinance
or other enactment, to which it relates among the Town records of
Oakland.
