A. 
Off-street parking space shall be provided as specified on the Schedule of Off-Street Parking Requirements[1] and shall be furnished with necessary maneuvering areas, passageways and driveways. All such space shall be deemed to be required space on the lot on which the use it serves is situated and shall not be encroached upon or reduced in any manner.

B. 
All parking areas and driveways for more than three vehicles shall be paved, and all parking areas shall be lined and designated on said pavement.
C. 
All parking areas required by this chapter when located in residential districts, except one- and two-family structures, shall be screened along the side or sides abutting a public street with a fence, hedge or wall.
D. 
All parking areas except accessory to one- and two-family structures shall be required to be sufficiently lighted so as to ensure safety to both pedestrians and motorists.
E. 
All parking spaces shall be designed to have direct access from a driveway or aisle and double parking shall be prohibited.
F. 
All off-street parking areas shall be designed to permit a vehicle to turn around on the site so as to avoid a backing maneuver onto a street. Backing onto a street shall only be permitted for driveways and parking associated with one- or two-family residences.
G. 
Each off-street parking space shall have an area not less than 180 square feet, exclusive of access drives or aisles, and shall be of usable shape and condition. Each off-street parking space shall have a minimum width of nine feet and minimum depth of 20 feet, exclusive of access drives or aisles.
H. 
Maneuver area or aisle space.
(1) 
Each parking space shall have a minimum maneuver area or aisle space as follows:

(2) 
When said aisle space shall serve two-way traffic, the minimum width of the aisle shall be 24 feet.
I. 
Except for one- or two-family dwellings, all parking areas and driveways, when located within three feet of an adjoining property line, must have a curb placed on that side of said parking area or driveway. The Planning Board may require additional curbing as deemed necessary as part of its site plan approval.
J. 
In the case of a combination of uses on one lot, the total required parking spaces for the sum of the various uses shall be required. Whenever the formula for parking spaces required results in a fraction of a space exceeding 0.49, a full space shall be required.
K. 
Off-street parking shall be located on the same lot as the principal building or use to which it is accessory, except that parking space for business uses may be located on a lot within 250 feet of the principal building it is intended to serve, but only if it is determined by the Planning Board upon site plan review that it is impractical to provide the required parking spaces on the same lot with the principal building and provided that such spaces located off the site shall be located on property in the same ownership as the use to which they are accessory and shall be subject to deed restrictions filed in the office of the Registrar of Deeds of the County of Bergen, binding the owners and his heirs and/or assigns to maintain the required number of spaces available throughout the life of such use, and such spaces shall conform to all requirements of the district in which they are located.
L. 
No vehicle shall be parked or stored on the premises of a one-family or two-family dwelling in the AA District in the front yard or side yard abutting a street except on a driveway leading to a garage, which driveway shall not exceed 20 feet in width.
A. 
Off-street parking accessory to an office building shall be provided in one or a combination of the following alternative ways:
(1) 
Within the principal building.
(2) 
Within a structure located beneath the front, side or rear yard, provided that no portion of the top of the roof of such structure is above any part of ground level and such ground level area is landscaped.
(3) 
Within an accessory structure meeting the requirements of Article III, § 300-15J.
(4) 
Outdoor ground level parking in the side or rear yard only. Any such parking area which adjoins residential premises shall be screened.
B. 
Such parking areas or garages shall be used solely for the parking of passenger vehicles, and no commercial repair work or sales or service of any kind shall be conducted therein.
C. 
All garages and parking spaces shall be designed and used only by occupants of the principal building to which they are accessory or by guests or visitors of said occupants. Said garages and parking spaces shall not be rented or leased to other than the occupants of the principal building to which they are accessory. No fee or charge shall be assessed to any guest or visitor using said garage or parking space.
Off-street loading and unloading shall be provided in such amount and manner that all loading and unloading will be conducted entirely within the boundaries of the lot concerned, and no vehicle shall use public streets, sidewalks or rights-of-way for loading and unloading other than for ingress or egress to the lot in any B-1, B-2, M-1 or M-C District.
