As herein used, the following terms shall have
the meanings indicated:
Includes any swimming pool except one constructed on private
residential property and not operated as a business or for profit.
The Board hereby adopts all provisions of the
New Jersey State Swimming Pool Code (1970), regulating the maintenance
and operation of a public swimming pool.

Except for a municipally operated swimming pool,
no person shall maintain or operate a public swimming pool without
having first obtained a license therefor from the Board of Health.
