For the purposes of this chapter, the Village
Beach shall include the following areas: the access road known as
Beach Road; the parking areas, roadways and lands adjacent to the
beach itself, including the cliffs adjacent to such areas and lands;
and the beach itself, which extends for approximately 1,200 feet on
Long Island Sound.
