Sewers — See Ch. 175.
The Town Board of the Town of Webster hereby establishes the purposes and functions of the Sewer Review Board as follows:
To review plans and financing for all new sewer extensions ("improvements") within the Town-Wide Sewer District, both those improvements to be bonded by the Town of Webster and those which shall be financed by private developers.
To review annual planned expenditures for the operation and maintenance of the sewer facilities within the Town of Webster.
To examine the feasibility of the proposed sewer projects and proposals for capital expenditures for plant or sewerage system enlargement or replacement.
To review and comment upon the proposed annual sewer budget for the Town of Webster.
To review and assist in the development of master plans for the orderly expansion of the town sewerage system.
To provide written recommendations to the Town Board upon the operational and policy-making decisions affecting the Webster Town-Wide Sewer District.
As an advisory body, to help ensure the orderly growth of the Town-Wide Sewer District in providing sewers to new and existing residences and businesses within the Town of Webster.
