[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the Township of
Caln 3-31-1983 by Ord. No. 1983-3. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Board of Commissioners of Caln Township does hereby appoint a certified
public accounting firm or a certified public accountant, which appointment
shall be in lieu of the three auditors as provided for in the First Class
Township Code and which appointment shall be done annually by motion to be
passed by the Board of Commissioners of Caln Township.
This chapter shall be effective for the calendar year of 1983 and shall
continue in force and effect until and unless rescinded by action of the Board
of Commissioners.
