From and after January 1, 1971, telegraph, telephone, electric light, electric power or other corporations or persons owning poles located on the public highways of the Township of Caln shall pay an annual license fee of $0.30 for each and every pole so owned and located.
On or before the first day of June of each and every year, it shall be the duty of the Township Secretary to send a bill covering the annual license fee to each corporation or person owning poles located upon the public highways.
The annual license fee hereinbefore provided for shall be paid to the Township Treasurer within 60 days after receipt of bill; and the license fee year under this chapter shall begin on the first day of January.
It shall be the duty of the duly appointed Road or Street Foreman of Caln Township to thoroughly inspect at least once every year all poles located on the public highways of the Township and make a written report of such inspection to the Township Commissioners; and any pole or poles found to be in an unsafe or dangerous condition shall be immediately reported to the owner or owners thereof.

Any person who shall violate any provisions of this chapter shall, upon summary conviction before an issuing authority having jurisdiction thereof, be punishable by a fine of not more than $300 and costs of such proceedings and, upon default of payment of such fine and costs, by imprisonment in the county jail for a term of not more than 30 days. The continuation of such violation for each successive day shall constitute a separate offense, and the person or persons allowing or permitting the continuation of the violation may be punished as provided above for each separate offense.
