A property owner or user is responsible for
the maintenance and/or replacement of a sewer lateral from the point
of entry of said wastewater sewage of said property to the point of
discharge of said wastewater and sewage into the Caln Township sewer
main.
As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
A pipe or pipes connected on one end to the Caln Township
sewer collector system and on the opposite end to a building or structure
for the purpose of carrying wastewater and sewage away from private
or public property and discharging said wastewater or sewage into
the Caln Township sewer collector system, from hereon called "sewer
main."
A pipe or pipes designed to collect wastewater and sewage
from said laterals from private or public buildings or structures
and discharging same into sewer treatment plants.
