E.
Recording certificate. The recording certificate will
be stamped on the plan when it is recorded at the office of the Recorder
of Deeds at the courthouses in West Chester, Pennsylvania. A clear
space of approximately 4 1/4 by 1 3/4 inches shall be allowed
on the plan for this purpose.
A.
For markers and monumentation. Permanent markers and
monuments will be installed upon completion of final grading.
B.
For lot or dwelling unit parking. Off-street parking
shall be provided for each lot or dwelling unit.
C.
If on-lot sanitary sewers are proposed (both notes
required).
(1)
On-lot percolation tests will be taken prior to the
sale of lots or construction of buildings, and the results submitted
to the Caln Township Board of Health.
(2)
On-lot inspection and approval of septic tank and
tile field installations as construction proceeds will be made by
the Caln Township Board of Health.
D.
If public water and sewers are available, public water
and sewer are to be provided.
E.
For explanation of remaining acreage. No further development,
or subdivision, is planned for the near future; or details of further
development are not known at this time.
F.
For private streets. All streets will remain private
and will not be dedicated for public use.
