The franchisee shall not deny service, deny
access or otherwise discriminate against subscribers, programmers
or general citizens on the basis of race, color, religion, national
origin, sex or age, The franchisee shall comply at all times with
all applicable federal and state laws, FCC regulations, applicable
Township ordinances and all executive and administrative orders relating
to nondiscrimination.
The franchisee shall comply with all privacy
provisions of Section 631 of the Cable Act, 47 U.S.C. § 551,
as amended.
