The franchisee shall comply with all state and
federal laws and rules regarding cable television and its operation,
as they become effective, unless otherwise stated. The franchisee
shall conform during the entire term of the franchise with this chapter
and all generally applicable Township ordinances, resolutions, rules
and regulations heretofore and hereafter adopted.
The section titles and headings of this chapter
are for convenience and reference purposes only and shall not effect
in any way the meaning and interpretation of this chapter or any franchise
issued hereunder.
When the performance or doing of any act, duty,
matter, payment or thing is required hereunder and a period of time
or duration for the fulfillment of doing thereof is prescribed and
is fixed herein, the time shall be computed as to exclude the first
day and include the last day of the prescribed or fixed period of
duration time. When the last day of the period falls on a Saturday,
Sunday or a legal holiday, that day shall be omitted from the computation.
