The Board of Commissioners hereby approves that
certain agreement entitled "Cable Franchise Agreement between the
Township of Caln and Verizon Pennsylvania, Inc.(the "Agreement"),
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set forth herein
in its entirety.[1] If any provisions or terms in the agreement conflict with the provisions in Chapter A161, the provisions in the agreement shall prevail. Otherwise, Verizon Pennsylvania, Inc., shall abide by the terms and provisions in Chapter A161 of the Caln Code.

7-8-2021, approved the Cable Franchise Renewal Agreement Between the
Township of Caln and Verizon Pennsylvania LLC. Said agreement is on
file in the Township offices.
