The office of Township Manager is hereby created.
The Township Manager shall be appointed by the Board of Commissioners
for an indefinite term, serving at the pleasure of the Board of Commissioners.
The salary of the Township Manager shall be fixed from time to time
by formal action of the Board of Commissioners.
The Township Manager shall be the chief administrative officer of the
township, and the powers and duties will be such as are determined and assigned
to the Manager by the Board of Commissioners.
All ordinances or resolutions, insofar as they are inconsistent herewith,
be and the same are hereby repealed.
