A Park and Recreation Board is hereby established to be known as the
"Park and Recreation Board of Springfield Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania."

Said Park Board shall consist of seven (7) members to be appointed by
the Commissioners of Springfield Township and shall have all power and authority
conferred upon Park or Recreation Boards by the laws of this commonwealth.
