annexation filed with the Village Clerk on the 14th day of March,
1995, signed by a number of electors residing in the territory equal
to at least the majority of votes cast for governor in the territory
at the last gubernatorial election and the owners of 100% of the land
in area and 100% of the real property in assessed value in the territory,
the following described territory in the Town of Bristol, Kenosha
County, Wisconsin, is annexed to the Village of Pleasant Prairie,
Kenosha County, Wisconsin:

of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 25, Town
1 North, Range 21 East of the Fourth Principal Meridian, lying and
being in the Town of Bristol, Kenosha County, Wisconsin and being

Effect of annexation. From and after the date of this ordinance the territory described in Subsection A shall be a part of the Village of Pleasant Prairie for any and all purposes provided by law and all persons coming or residing within such territory shall be subject to all ordinances, rules and regulations governing the Village of Pleasant Prairie.
C.
Severability. If any provision of this ordinance is
invalid or unconstitutional, or if the application of this ordinance
to any person or circumstances is invalid or unconstitutional, such
invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the other provisions
or applications of this ordinance which can be given effect without

Effective date. This ordinance shall take effect upon

Temporary zoning classification. Upon recommendation
of the Plan Commission, the territory annexed to the Village of Pleasant
Prairie by this ordinance is temporarily zoned as follows and shown
on the attached map,[1] pursuant to Section 66.0217(8) of the Wisconsin Statutes:

B-5, Freeway Office District on the northern portion;
(2)
M-1, Limited Manufacturing on the southern portion;
(3)
C-1, Lowland Resource Conservancy District on the
southwest corner pursuant to the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning
Commission (SEWRPC) interpolated wetland map;
(4)
FPO, Floodplain Overlay District in the southern portion
of the property pursuant to the Des Plaines River Watershed Study
of the Floodplain/Floodways Study prepared by SEWRPC; and the area
of the property adjacent to the creek would be subject to Shoreland
regulations

of the Plan Commission, the territory annexed to the Village of Pleasant
Prairie by this ordinance is temporarily zoned as follows and shown
on the attached map,[1] pursuant to Section 66.0217(8) of the Wisconsin Statutes:
(1)
Both parcels will be zoned C-1, Lowland Resource Conservancy
District.
(2)
Tax Parcel 35-4-121-134-0120 is located entirely within
the FPO, Floodplain Overlay District pursuant to the Des Plaines River
Watershed Study of the Floodplain/Floodways Study prepared by SEWRPC.
(3)
The majority of Tax Parcel Number 35-4-121-134-0124
is located within the within the FPO, Floodplain Overlay District
pursuant to the Des Plaines River Watershed Study of the Floodplain/Floodways
Study prepared by SEWRPC.

D.
Severability. If any provision of this ordinance is
invalid or unconstitutional, or if the application of this ordinance
to any person or circumstances is invalid or unconstitutional, such
invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the other provisions
or applications of this ordinance which can be given effect without
the invalid or unconstitutional provision or application.
E.
Effective date. This ordinance shall take effect upon
passage as provided by law.

A.
Territory land transferred. In accordance with Section 1.(o) of the
Alternate Procedure for Transfer of Land to Village under the 1997
Settlement and Cooperation Agreement by and between the Village of
Pleasant Prairie, the Pleasant Prairie Water Utility, the Pleasant
Prairie Sewer Utility District D, the Pleasant Prairie Sewer Utility
District No. 1, the Pleasant Prairie Sewer Utility District F, the
Town of Bristol, the Town of Bristol Utility District No. 3, the Town
of Bristol Utility District No. 5 and the Town of Bristol Water Utility
District (the "1997 Settlement and Cooperation Agreement"), including
the 1st Amendment to the 1997 Settlement and Cooperative Agreement
and the petition for a land transfer filed with the Village Clerk
on the 7th day of September, 2010, by the owners of the land, Route
165 LLC and the Charles and Bobette Eichberger Family Trust dated
December 11, 2000, the following described territory in the Village
of Bristol (f/k/a Town of Bristol), Kenosha County, Wisconsin, is
hereby transferred into the Village of Pleasant Prairie, Kenosha County,
Wisconsin:

All
that part of the Northwest 1/4 and Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest
1/4 and the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 25, Town
1 North, Range 21 East, in the Village of Bristol, Kenosha County,
Wisconsin bounded and is described as follows:
(a)
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Northwest 1/4 section;
thence South 02°09'26" East along the west line of said Northwest
1/4 section, 556.00 feet; thence North 88°59'11" East, 233.05
feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing North 88°59'11"
East, 393.96 feet to the westerly line of Lot 1 of Certified Survey
Map No. 2634; thence South 02°09'26" East along said westerly
line, 2104.84 feet to the north line of said Southwest 1/4 section
and a southerly line of said Certified Survey Map; thence North 88°48'51"
East along said north line and along said southerly line, 701.74 feet;
thence South 02°09'01" East along the westerly line of said
Certified Survey Map, 625.39 feet; thence South 87°50'09"
West, 1095.36 feet; thence North 02°09'51" West and parallel
to the west line of said Southwest 1/4 Section, 648.06 feet; thence
North 02°09'26" West and parallel to the west line of said
Northwest 1/4 Section, 2102.06 feet to the point of beginning. The
land area contains 1,524,600 square feet (35.0000 acres), more or
less.
B.
Effect of land transfer. From, and immediately upon adoption of this ordinance the territory described in Subsection A shall be a part of the Village of Pleasant Prairie for any and all purposes provided by law, and all properties within such territory shall be subject to all ordinances, rules and regulations governing the Village of Pleasant Prairie.

Settlement and Cooperation Agreement”), including the 1st Amendment
to the 1997 Settlement and Cooperative Agreement and the petition
for a land transfer filed with the Village Clerk on the 16th day of
November, 2012, by the owner of the land, Louis Rosen, dated November
16, 2012, the following territory shown and described in the attached
Exhibit A,[1] in the Village of Bristol (f/k/a Town of Bristol), Kenosha
County, Wisconsin, is hereby transferred into the Village of Pleasant
Prairie, Kenosha County, Wisconsin.
