A.
No person shall, after 10:00 p.m., at any public parking
lot or boat launch within the Township of St. Joseph, St. Croix County, Wisconsin:
(1)
Engage in vile, abusive, indecent, unreasonable, loud
or otherwise disorderly conduct which tends to cause or provoke an immediate
disturbance of public order or tends to disturb or annoy any person or persons.
(2)
Intentionally cause, provoke or engage in any fight,
brawl, riot or noisy altercation.
B.
No person shall, within the limits of the public parking
lot or boat launch, loiter or loaf about or wander about the roads adjacent
to said parking lot or boat launch whose actions give rise to a suspicion
of wrongdoing or who is unable to give a satisfactory account of himself.
Any person who fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall,
upon conviction thereof, forfeit not less than $25 nor more than $100, together
with the costs of prosecution for each violation, and in default of payment
thereof shall be imprisoned in the county jail of St. Croix County until payment
of such forfeiture and costs, but not exceeding 30 days.
