All designs, construction standards and improvements
shall conform to all state and local rules, regulations, codes, laws
and ordinances.
A.
Any person, firm or corporation who or which commits
an offense against, disobeys, neglects or refuses to comply with or
resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter shall,
upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a violation. Each violation is
an offense punishable by a fine not less than $100 nor exceeding $500.
Each week an offense is continued shall be deemed a separate violation
of this chapter.
B.
In addition to the penalties provided above, the Village
Board may also maintain an action or proceeding in the name of the
Village in a court of competent jurisdiction to compel compliance
with or to restrain by injunction the violation of this chapter.
The Village Clerk is hereby directed to forthwith
file a certificate notifying the Clerk of Jefferson County of the
adoption of this chapter.
