It is hereby created in the Borough of East
Rutherford a Site Plan Review Board whose members shall include the
Mayor, two Planning Board members, two Councilmen designated by the
Mayor (one from each political party), the Borough Attorney, the Borough
Engineer and the Borough Planner.
The purpose of the Site Plan Review Board shall
be to review all site plan applications for development within the
Borough of East Rutherford.
