Editor's Note: The General Board of Assessment was dissolved
12-15-2009 by Ord. No. 2612-09.
There shall be a General Board of Assessment
consisting of three members to be appointed by the Township Committee.
The Board shall be known as the "General Assessment Board" and shall
have the duties prescribed by the statutes in such cases now or hereafter
provided.
The members of the General Assessment Board
shall be residents of the Township and shall be appointed by the Township
Committee for a term ending on December 31 following the date of the
appointment. The term of a member of the Board shall automatically
terminate upon his removal from residence in the Township.
