No person shall purchase any alcoholic beverages
in the township for or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years,
except a parent or legal guardian of such minor person.
Violators of this Article shall be punishable
by a fine up to the limits imposed under the general penalty on of
this Code, the amount to be at the court's discretion. Any person
who, after conviction of an offense under this article, is convicted
of another offense under this article, shall, for such other and subsequent
offense, be punishable by a fine or imprisonment, the maximum limits
of which shall be twice the limits otherwise imposed by this section,
or by both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
