No person who shall have control or charge of any motor vehicle shall park such vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule I, § 96-10, attached to and made a part of this chapter.

No person who shall have control or charge of any motor vehicle shall park such vehicle during the designated hours upon any streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IA, § 96-10.1, attached to and made a part of this chapter.

A.
No vehicles bearing commercial license plates, construction or landscaping equipment, machinery materials, storage containers, trailers or dumpsters shall be stored in any residential zone except as permitted by § 101-13.5A(4).
B.
Commercial
vehicles maintained as employee take-home vehicles may be stored in
a residential zone provided the vehicle is stored off street and is
not stored for greater than a continuous seventy-two-hour period.
C.
This section
shall not prohibit the parking or placement of vehicles or equipment
by contractors or landscapers in a residential zone while serving
a nearby resident or vehicles engaged in delivery activities.

Any vehicle parked or standing as to obstruct
or impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exitways, loading
zones, oil fills, or any grassy area pedestrian walkway, or any vehicle
which presents in any way a safety or traffic hazard, may be removed
by towing the vehicle at the owner's or operator's expense.
