§ 22-33 Incorporation of statutory provisions.

The provisions of N.J.S.A. 2A:42-10.10 and N.J.S.A. 2A:42-10.12 forbidding retaliatory eviction proceedings are incorporated herein by reference.

§ 22-34 Penalties for violations of statute.

Any violation by a landlord of any provision of the statutes incorporated by reference in § 22-33 shall subject said landlord to the penalties provided by this chapter.
