There are hereby created the positions of dispatchers
for assignment to the Rochelle Park Police Department.
The dispatchers assigned to the Police Department
shall not be members thereof and shall be considered civilian employees
of the Township of Rochelle Park.
The duties of the dispatchers shall be such
as may, from time to time, be established by regulations promulgated
by the Police Chief of the Township with the prior consent of the
Township Committee.
The dispatchers shall be paid such wages as
shall, from time to time, be established under an appropriate ordinance
of the Township.[1]

There are hereby established by the Township
of Rochelle Park rules and regulations concerning communications dispatchers,
effective August 1995, and incorporated by reference herein. Said
rules and regulations are available for inspection at the Rochelle
Park Police Department and at the Municipal Clerk's office in Rochelle
Park. Copies of said rules and regulations shall be available for
review by the dispatchers in the office of the Chief of Police.
