The Bureau of Archives and History in the Department of Education has
established a records retention and disposal schedule which sets forth the
records, title and description of public records and the dates agencies must
retain said records.
The Township of Rochelle Park hereby adopts the records retention and
disposal schedule as promulgated by New Jersey statutes.
