§ 167-1 Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter shall be to establish a procedure by which the Town Board of the Town of Bethel may amend, modify, revise and/or establish fees for certain Town services as may be presently in effect or which may hereafter be enacted.

§ 167-2 Establishment or amendment of fees.

Whenever a fee is required to be paid pursuant to the Code of the Town of Bethel and/or a local law, the Town Board may take such action as it deems appropriate with respect to such fee by resolution thereof duly adopted by said Town Board.[1]
