The following uses are permitted in Mobile Home Districts:
A. 
Uses permitted uses § 230-38 of Article IX, R2 Residential 2 Districts, in accordance with the standards listed under §§ 230-39 and 230-40.
B. 
Mobile home, permitted conditional upon the fact that the mobile home and lot or parcel of and upon which it is to be placed shall be owned by the same person or persons and is to be occupied as his principal place of residence.
A. 
Area, yard and bulk requirements for the Mobile Home District shall be as follows:
(1) 
Minimum lot area: 6,000 square feet.
(2) 
Minimum building line width: 50 feet.
(3) 
Minimum lot depth: 100 feet.
(4) 
Minimum front yard: 25 feet.
(5) 
Minimum rear and side yards: 10 feet.
(6) 
Maximum coverage: 15%.
(7) 
Maximum building height: one story or 15 feet.
B. 
Supplemental regulations.
(1) 
Supplementary regulations are as set forth in Article XVII hereof.
(2) 
Site plan approval is required.
(3) 
No addition shall be made to a mobile home except a carport, canopy, open porch or enclosed porch; any such addition shall conform fully as to decor and materials used with that of the mobile home to which the same is attached.

A. 
All mobile homes permitted by this chapter or presently being used or maintained shall be registered and a permit obtained.
B. 
The owner shall apply for a permit and provide the following:
(1) 
Name and residence of owner.
(2) 
Name and make of mobile home.
(3) 
Registration year and state in which registered.
(4) 
For all new applications after April 4, 1994, the owner shall provide a certificate of occupancy demonstrating compliance with regulations set forth in the Code of Federal Regulations Title 24, Housing and Urban Development, Chapter XX, Office of Assistant Secretary for Housing - Federal Housing Commissioner, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Part 3280, Manufactured Mobile Home Construction and Safety Standards.

(5) 
Description of bathing, cooking and sanitary facilities with which mobile home is equipped.
(6) 
Street address where mobile home trailer is to be located.
(7) 
Survey, map or plan, drawn to scale, showing size of lot, proposed location of mobile home and other improvements, with distances to each lot line.
(8) 
Application fee in the amount of $25, paid prior to placing, and $10 for replacing any mobile home as herein described.

C. 
Permits to maintain and occupy mobile homes shall be authorized for issuance by the Village Board following receipt of Planning Board recommendation as to site plan, as well as satisfactory assurance of compliance by the applicant with provisions of this chapter.
D. 
Permits may be revoked by the Village Board for any violation of this chapter, after the expiration of time for removal of violation.
E. 
A mobile home shall not be located outside a Mobile Home District for more than 48 hours, except that the Building Inspector may issue a temporary permit for a period not to exceed 30 days, which permit shall not be renewable within the same calendar year.
