The Village of Victor is in the process of developing into public parks various lands owned by the Village and located in the Village. It is essential to the enjoyment of these park lands that various rules and regulations be established for the use and operation of these lands. Accordingly, this article will provide the legislative authority for the Village Board of Trustees to establish rules and regulations regarding the use and operation of lands designated as Village parks.
By resolution, the Village Board of Trustees may designate certain areas of land located in the Village of Victor as Village parks and give a title to that area.
A.
By resolution the Village Board of Trustees may establish rules and regulations regarding the use and operation of the areas so designated as a Village park.
B.
The rules and regulations so enacted by resolution of the Village Board of Trustees may address, among other things, the following:
(1)
