Submission of the preliminary plat must be accompanied
by a processing fee in the amount of $10, plus $0.50 per lot, except
that a "short procedure" subdivision shall be accompanied by a fee
of $5.
Whenever the installation of improvements is
required, the final plat must be accompanied by a fee to cover the
costs of engineering inspection. The amount of the fee will be determined
by the application of a graduated rate schedule to increments of the
improvements as follows:

When the total cost of improvements is in excess
of $100,000, a constant 2% of the total shall be charged.

All fees shall be submitted in the form of a
certified check or money order payable to the Town Clerk.
