Town of Wilson, NY Article V Veterans Exemption Increase

[Adopted 1-28-1985 by L.L. No. 1-1985]

§ 115-8 Increase granted.

Pursuant to Title 2 of Article IV of the Real Property Tax Law of the State of New York, the Town of Wilson hereby grants an increase in the amount of exemption heretofore granted to veterans by the Town of Wilson in the same proportion as the total assessed value of property owned by veterans has been increased by the change in the manner of assessing in the Town of Wilson, all as provided by § 458, Subdivision 5(a), of said law.

§ 115-8.1 Repealer.

This article supersedes Local Law No. 1 of the year 1983, adopted March 28, 1983, and said local law is hereby repealed.[1]
