A.
The locations described in Schedule XXIII (§ 190-55), attached to and made part of this chapter, are hereby designated handicapped parking zones.
B.
Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be subject
to the fines and penalties set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-197, as may
be amended and supplemented from time to time.
