Parking along the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XXIV (§ 190-56), attached to and made a part of this chapter, is restricted to the designated spaces, indicated by broad white lines, along said streets or parts of streets.

A. 
No person shall park a vehicle on streets or parts of streets as described within the following section unless an appropriate and current parking permit as issued by the Borough of Kenilworth is displayed on said vehicle for those streets or parts of streets as described or listed within the following section.

B. 
The Borough Clerk shall issue annual parking permits to active members of the Kenilworth Fire Department and/or First Aid Squad and/or Borough officials, that shall expire at the anniversary of their issue. Any person exercising parking privileges provided for in § 190-25.3 above shall prominently display on the motor vehicle in the rear window the special identification decal issued by the Borough granting such parking privilege.
C. 
Any vehicle owner who parks in the restricted area and fails to identify his or her vehicle pursuant to Subsection B above may be subject to the penalty provisions of § 190-26.
D. 
No operator of a motor vehicle issued a parking permit shall stand or park a motor vehicle of any kind in any of the following places: in front of a public or private driveway; within 25 feet of the nearest crosswalk or side line of a street or intersecting highway, except at alleys; within 50 feet of a stop sign or within 20 feet of a driveway entrance of any fire department.
