GENERAL REFERENCES
Noncriminal disposition — See Ch. 1, Art. II.
No person shall consume any beer, wine, malt, or alcoholic beverage, nor have in his possession, any open containers thereof upon any public way, sidewalk or Town-owned land.
Violators of this bylaw shall be subject to a fine of not more than $300 for each offense or be subject to noncriminal disposition of the offense under Chapter 1.
