A. 
After the effective date of this bylaw, off-street parking spaces shall be provided for every new building, the enlargement of an existing building, the development of a new land use or any change in an existing use, in accordance with § 350-41, Table of Off-Street Parking Regulations, and other requirements contained herein. Such off-street parking spaces shall be located within 300 feet of the principal building or use of the lot.
B. 
An area of 200 square feet of appropriate dimensions for the parking of an automobile, exclusive of drives or aisles, shall be considered one off-street parking space. For business or industrial uses, such spaces and access drives shall be so located and designed that entry to and exit from such off-street parking spaces does not require the backing of automobiles on to or off from the street.

C. 
All outdoor parking areas shall be treated with a surface binder, gravel, crushed stones or as otherwise specified herein or required by a special permit. Front yard parking areas, where permitted, shall be paved with hard surface material such as bituminous concrete.
D. 
Any parking area of more than five parking spaces shall be suitably screened on any property line which abuts upon a residential district or a site in residential use.
E. 
No off-street parking area shall be located in the required front yard except in business or industrial districts as regulated in § 350-29C of this bylaw. In residential districts, no more than two parking spaces may be located in the remaining portion of the front yard, except that if such space is not available, said parking spaces may be located in the required front yard.
F. 
Except as limited in § 350-54K for multifamily dwellings, off-street parking shall be permitted in side and rear yards with due regard for traffic circulation and accessibility of any given motor vehicle without requiring the movement of any other vehicle, but no parking shall be permitted in buffer strips required in § 350-28.
G. 
Parking area for 10 or more cars shall contain or be bordered by trees and/or other plantings as necessary to effectively screen adjoining properties and provide visual relief from broad expanses of pavement.

1 space for 3 seats, permanent or otherwise, plus one space for each 2 employees
9.
Industrial or manufacturing plants or shops, or storage uses
1 space for each 3 persons employed on the largest shift

Assisted living residence

1 space for 3 dwelling units, plus 1 space for each 3 employees, plus 1 space for each vehicle used in the operation, plus 1 space for each regularly scheduled visiting professional person, plus 2 spaces for each 5 dwelling units for visitors

Adequate number of spaces shall be determined by a special permit from the Board of Appeals to accommodate customers, patrons, and employees, for the maximum use of the proposed facility

Adult entertainment establishments

1 space for each 3 seats based on the legal capacity of the use, plus 2 spaces for each 3 employees.
NOTE: In all cases, frequent parking of such vehicles on a public or private street or way adjacent to the premises shall be considered evidence of the inadequacy of the off-street parking space provided.
The minimum number of required off-street parking spaces as set forth in § 350-41 herein may be reduced by special permit from the Board of Appeals upon determination that special circumstances render a lesser provision adequate for all parking needs.
Adequate off-street loading facilities and space must be provided to service the needs created by new structures or additions to existing ones, or by change of use of existing structures. Facilities shall be so sized and arranged that no vehicles need back onto or off of a public way, or be parked on a public way while loading, unloading or waiting to do so.
