The Select Board shall appoint a citizen's committee
to be called the "Open Space Preservation Commission," to be comprised
of five members, serving staggered terms of five years each.

Said members shall not concurrently serve as
members of the Select Board. Advisory Committee, Recreation Commission,
Conservation Commission, Planning Board or Board of Appeals.
Said Commission shall serve as facilitators
for protecting and preserving open space in the Town.
